 Terms and Conditions
Please read through the terms and conditions before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please contact us via the contact us page or alternatively email us at info@hijabcandy.co.uk.
Hijab Candy reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Ordering products
After placing an order, you will receive a Paypal notification notifying you that your payment has been sent. This means that we have received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will send you an email confirming dispatch of your order and a tracking number within 48 hours of the product being dispatched. The contract between us will only be made when we send you this email to confirm dispatch. Only those products listed in the email as being dispatched will be included in the Contract.
Availability
All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available. If only some of the products in your order are available at our discretion, either: (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it; or (ii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection; or (iii) ship your order without the unavailable item and refund the cost of that item. If you pay by credit, debit or store card we refund you for products which are not available. If you pay using PayPal, any payment made for products which are not available will be credited back to your PayPal account.
Product colours
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Ordering errors/cancellation
You are able to make changes to your order up to the point at which you click on the "submit order" button on the Payment & Confirm section of the checkout process. Should you wish to then cancel your order after payment has been made, it is at Hijab Candy's discretion whether the cancellation will be allowed.
Prices
Please be aware that the prices displayed on our site include delivery costs. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Due to the large number of products on our site, it is always possible that some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover there is a pricing error, we will normally, at our discretion, either: (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it; or (ii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection.
Shipping Charges
UK - £3.50 
International - £11.95
Hijab Candy reserves the right to change the shipping costs at any time.
Shipping info
Please allow 2-7 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
All packages are sent out via 1st Class Mail to ensure that your purchases arrive at your door safely.
It is extremely rare for items to go missing in the mail, however once we have sent out your items, it is the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver it to you, in some cases there may be delays.
Please be aware that Hijab Candy will not accept liability for any losses incurred due to any errors or omissions on the part of Royal Mail, this includes refunding customers for parcels that have been misplaced by Royal Mail. In this case customers are advised to fill out a claims form which can be found on the Royal Mail website.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information, including name and address are correct at the time of placing an order. Hijab candy will not accept liability for any losses incurred due to any errors or omissions on the customer's part.
Deliveries outside of the UK
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for non-UK deliveries, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside of the UK. We reserve the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to destinations outside of the UK.
Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. The products you order for delivery to destinations outside the UK may be subject to duties or taxes upon importation. These duties or taxes are levied once the product reaches the country of destination. You are responsible for determining whether there is any restriction on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You are also responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your product at the time of importation, and for paying those costs. We recommend you contact your local customs authority or post office (where applicable) to learn more about customs restrictions and possible costs prior to placing an order.
Returns/ Refunds/ Exchanges
Should you wish to return/ refund/ exchange an item, contact info@hijabcandy.co.uk with your name, order i.d and reason for refund within 14 days of receiving the product. If the 14 day time limit has passed Hijab Candy are within their rights to refuse returns/ refunds/ exchanges. The products are your responsibility until they reach our refund department; hence we strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage from your postal service. We also strongly recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of your products.
Your refund will be issued using the same method you used to pay for the products. A refund does not include any delivery costs.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us. The conditions are as follows;
  • You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products.
  • You mustn't try on the products wearing strong perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the product.
  • Please store items that are to be returned away from cooking/ damp/ cigarette odours.  
  • Tags should not be removed from any item.
  • The original packaging should be retained and returned.
Under the unlikely circumstance that you receive damaged or incorrect items please contact info@hijabcandy.co.uk with your order number, date order was placed and postcode within 7 days of receiving your package. If the 7 day time limit has passed Hijab Candy are within their rights to refuse returns/ refunds/ exchanges. Hijab Candy will refund you costs of returning damaged or incorrect items to us up to, and no more than, the cost of £3.00 (Great British Pounds).  If an item is missing from your order, we will, at our discretion, either: (i) ship the missing item at no extra charge to you; or (ii) refund you the cost of that item.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions and other notices elsewhere on our website contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the supply of products. No other terms or conditions will form part of the Contract, unless agreed by us in writing and signed by and authorized by a member of the Hijab Candy Team. Hijab Candy reserves the right to edit, amend or change the agreement at any time.
